Is this actually handmade, or just marketed that way?
Every piece is made by individual artisans — hand-painted, hand-beaded, or hand-stitched. That's also why small variations exist between pieces; it's proof of the process, not a flaw.
Is it worth the price compared to mass-produced brands?
You're not paying for a factory-made copy. You're paying for a piece that took hours of skilled handwork and won't look exactly like anyone else's.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days domestically. International orders can take up to 2 weeks.
Is my payment secure on this site?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, the same system used by major retailers worldwide.
Why are some items more expensive than others?
Price reflects the materials and time each piece requires — a beaded clutch takes longer to make than a small wallet, for example. You're paying for the hours of handwork, not a fixed markup.
What if the color/style I want is sold out?
Some pieces can be remade by our artisans, but not always every piece is handmade, so availability isn't guaranteed once it sells out.
How do I know my item won't fall apart quickly?
Each piece is checked before it ships. Handmade doesn't mean fragile — these are built the same way artisans have made durable goods for generations, just without a factory shortcut.
Can I request a specific color or design?
Some pieces are made in small batches with limited color options shown on the product page. If you're looking for something custom, message us directly before ordering.
